Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused products in their original manufacturer box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Bont Cycling

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or your own trackable shipping method to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
