Bont Cycling MTB Sole Guard T-nuts are used for attaching the MTB Sole Guard kit to the bottom of Riot MTB+ and Vaypor G shoes.

The T-nuts are fitted from inside the shoe with the MTB Sole Guard bolt to be screwed in from the outside of the shoe.

Each replacement MTB Sole Guard T-Nuts kit contains 12 main body T-nuts (gold) and four toe bumper T-nuts (silver) needed for one pair of shoes.
